MOWING IS DONE BY CLUB MEMBERS – MAY TO OCTOBER – Once a week.
A list is posted at the field and on this site to notify members when they are responsible for mowing. Members with a schedule conflict should arrange for a switch with another member or contact an officer to ensure the field is maintained.
For help operating the mower please contact a senior member. Numbers are listed on the board in the shed. Grass is cut at 2.25 inches on the field and 4 inches on the lane and other areas. Please only cut the designated areas to conserve gas and wear and tear on the mower. During very wet times (typically in the Spring) use caution when mowing the low area North of the Mat as it will be very soft and is easily damaged. – thank you!
DO NOT OPERATE THE MOWER OR ROLLER ON THE MAT!
If you purchase gas for the mower please use 91 octane alcohol free. Give your receipt to the Secretary Treasurer for reimbursement.
